Rowe & Wren is run by Gotham Townsend Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17378806. Gotham Townsend Limited is the controller of your information, which means that it is responsible for it.

When you join the early access list, we collect:

• your email address
• the date and time that you gave your agreement
• your answers to the six questions that we ask after you join, if you answer them
• the label of the advert that brought you here, if its link had one

The six questions ask which statements about your thyroid condition and pregnancy are true for you, what frustrates you most, if you paid for a private blood test, if you would pay our two planned prices, and if we can email you to arrange a call. These answers are information about your health. We do not ask for your name. Do not put your name, your NHS number or the details of another person in your answer.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider records technical information, such as your IP address, your browser type and the time of the visit. This website also uses the Meta Pixel on every visit. See “Cookies and the Meta Pixel” below.

• to understand who is interested, and to decide which features to build first
• to keep the website secure and working
• to see which of our adverts bring people to the early access list
• to measure our adverts with Meta

Our legal basis for the early access list is your consent (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)). For the information about your health, it is your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)). For the technical information, it is our legitimate interest in a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). For the Meta Pixel information, it is our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our adverts (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your information. We do not use your email address or answers for advertising. We do not use them to make automated decisions about you.

Only the people who run Rowe & Wren can read the early access list. We use these companies to store and handle the information for us:

• Supabase, which stores the early access list in a database in Ireland
• Vercel, which hosts the website and handles the form on servers in London
• Resend, which sends our emails to you from servers in Ireland
• Google, which provides our email account
• Meta, which gets the Meta Pixel information

These companies act on our instructions. They are based in the United States, so some information can be handled outside the United Kingdom. When that occurs, it is protected by safeguards that UK data protection law accepts.

We keep your sign-up for 12 months after you join. Then we delete it. We delete it earlier if you ask us to, or if we close the early access list.

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your information
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information
• stop or limit how we use your information
• send your information to you in a format that another service can read

You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you do, we delete your sign-up and we stop contacting you. To use any of these rights, email edgotham1@gmail.com. We reply within one month, and there is no charge.

Tell us first, so that we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Early access is for adults aged 18 or over.

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and its date. If the change is important, we will also email the people on the early access list.
